Catching up

Hey everybody, sorry about the lack of posts. Between being sick, going to KC for my brother’s wedding, and working on wedding plans, I’ve not had time to work on a the last lesson. I’ll get it up sometime tomorrow.

In the meantime I have something that may be of interest to us as we study spiritual warfare. I read a number of different blogs on a daily basis. They range in scope from political to spiritual. A couple of the ones I read have joined forces to start a new one. Hugh Hewitt is one of the pioneers of blogging and a very outspoken conservative Christian. Mark Roberts is a Presbyterian USA pastor. Himself and the church he pastors are very conservative for a USA church and are working within that denomination to move it back to a Bible centered focus.

These two guys along with a couple others have joined forces to start a blog called OneTrueGodBlog. Hugh asks questions he is interested in and the other contributors respond with their answers. How this interests us (aside from being a good Christ centered blog to begin with) is the first question Hugh asked. He had seen the movie The Exorcism of Emily Rose and posed these questions: Do you believe in demons? Why? What should be the attitude of a mature Christian believer on the subject?.

Hugh’s question is at the top. After reading it you may want to scroll down to the bottom of the page and then work your way back up so that you can read the responses in order. If any of you read something you have a question about, be sure to ask (here in the comments to this post) and we’ll get a discussion going that may even find it’s way into our Sunday morning lessons.
