Our Leaders
Aleethia is led by husband and wife team, Brance and Lauren Gillihan.
Brance was raised in Lone Jack, MO. He was home schooled through high school. After a couple years working on a ranch in Wyoming, he moved to Levelland, TX where he studied Sound Technology and Video Production at South Plains College. After three years he transferred to Belmont University in Nashville, TN and studied Music Business. In the summer of 2000 he moved to Pulaski, VA and started his own company, Clear Blue Productions, specializing in audio and video production for acoustic music. Brance is 35 and enjoys: playing guitar, reading, recording and producing, and coffee (the shop is optional).
Lauren was raised in Pulaski, VA and attended Pulaski High School. She earned her teaching certificate (K-5) from Radford University in the spring of 2005 and graduted from Virginia Tech in the summer of 2005 with a BA in English. She is currently working full time as a mother to a wonderful little baby girl! Lauren is 25 and enjoys: playing piano, hiking, cooking, reading, and coffee shops.
